On 8-11 September 2025, a delegation from Pomeranian University in Słupsk, consisting of the Rector, professor Zbigniew Osadowski, and the Vice-Rector for Development and Cooperation, professor Marek Łukasik, participated in the Forum on Vocational Excellence 2025 held in Kolding, Denmark. The event gathered nearly 400 participants from around the world and focused on Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) and strategies to address skills gaps in the labor market.

On 11–16 August 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of nursing students from Greiz (Germany) at our University.

The University Hall hosted the capping ceremony for graduates of the Nursing and Midwifery programs.

On 24 June 2025, the Polish–Ukrainian Joint Rectors’ Day was held at Warsaw University of Technology. The event was organized as part of the international project “Polish–Ukrainian cooperation of representative institutions of rectors for improving the functioning of universities.”

Wojciech Bejda, PhD, a faculty member at the Institute of History, is currently undertaking a research internship from 16 June to 17 July at the Department of Education, Practice and Society, IOE, Faculty of Education and Society, University College London.

The 7th International Scientific Seminar has concluded. This year's edition held a special significance — it was dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the birth of Abai Kunanbayuly, a Kazakh poet, thinker, and reformer, as well as the 10th anniversary of the partnership between Pomeranian University in Słupsk and Abai University in Almaty.
