During the voyage, he supervised students participating in the event organized by the Pomeranian Voivodeship Self-Government as part of the project “Talented from Pomerania – Regional Support.”
The aim of the voyage was to develop the participants’ social and personal competencies, particularly teamwork, responsibility, and independence in demanding conditions. An important part of the program was also promoting healthy attitudes, encouraging physical activity, and building mental resilience through participation in the crew’s daily duties.
The voyage also provided an opportunity to gain basic sailing knowledge, become familiar with maritime safety rules, and develop interests related to the maritime economy.
