Monika Wojewska, MA, Awarded a Scholarship in London

In March this year, Monika Wojewska, a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Pomeranian University in Słupsk, who is preparing her doctoral dissertation at the Institute of History under the supervision of Professor Robert Kuśnierz, conducted archival research at the Polish Institute and Sikorski Museum, as well as at the Józef Piłsudski Institute in London, as part of a scholarship granted by the Lanckoroński Foundation of Brzezie.

The one-month stay in England was focused on researching archival materials needed for her doctoral dissertation devoted to the Polish consular presence in the Soviet Transcaucasus.

The research proved highly fruitful, and spending free time exploring the British capital was equally rewarding.
