Invitation: “The Russian Empire and the Reforms of 1860” - an ‘A+ Lecture’ by Professor Igor Khristoforov of Princeton University
We are pleased to invite you to another prestigious event organised within the framework of “A+ Lectures” Programme.
The Institute of Law and Administration of Pomeranian University in Słupsk and the Office for Development and Cooperation are happy to invite you to a lecture titled “The Russian Empire and the Reforms of 1860”, which will be held on 12 May 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
The lecture will be given by professor Igor Khristoforov from the History Department at Princeton University. It will be another such event in a series of lectures by foreign experts, implemented as part of the "A+Lectures” Programme, which is one of the tasks of the "Active University” (“Aktywna Akademia”) Project.
Professor Igor Khristoforov is the author of works on the Russian Empire of the 19th century, in which he puts particular emphasis on the specific Russian elite and the great reforms of the second half of the 1800s. Moreover, Igor Khristoforov is the author of several dozen scientific articles and a participant of many grants and research projects.
