International Day 2021
This year we are celebrating the 52. Anniversary of the establishment of the Teachers College that gave rise to Pomeranian University in Słupsk. Traditionally, on the occasion of the jubilee, we organise University Anniversary Celebrations, which this year will be enriched with a global event.
We would like to invite you to the International Day. The event will be held online on 28 May 2021 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event aims to highlight the extremely important role of international cooperation with our partners from all over the world. It serves both to promote internationalisation and is an excellent opportunity to present the cultural richness and student activity. It is also a good opportunity to learn more about universities from other countries.
During the live broadcast on 28 May between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. you can expect a number of attractions. The ceremony will be inaugurated by the Rector of Pomeranian University in Słupsk, professor Zbigniew Osadowski. The address will be followed by presentations of universities from around the world, competitions with prizes, a battle of music bands and interviews with interesting people. We will also introduce you to the Pomeranian University in Słupsk, the region and the Polish culture.
On this day between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. you will have an opportunity to talk with our experts from the Admissions Office and the International Office. We encourage you to ask questions about our educational offer, admission requirements, tuition fees and the possibility of taking part in international exchanges within European programs (Erasmus +, Norway Grants) or double diploma or semester exchange programmes. You can talk with the experts in Polish, English and Russian via Zoom platform.
