The conference participants included the rector of Pomeranian University in Słupsk, professor Zbigniew Osadowski, the rector of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, professor Jaba Samushia, the rector of Vilnius University, professor Rimvydas Petrauskas, the director of the Institute of Law and Administration, professor Dariusz Szpoper, and researchers from the Institute of Law and Administration of our University.

The conference provided an opportunity to present the “Distinguished for the University” badges. These were awarded to professor Nikolai Javakhishvili and professor Marina Garishvili. Pomeranian University in Słupsk and Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University have been collaborating for many years. We were therefore particularly proud to have been the co-organisers of the conference.
